NorthPoint Development will take over as developer of Logistics Park Kansas City in Edgerton, replacing The Allen Group.
The industrial business park is next to the intermodal facility for BNSF Railway Co.
The agreement transferring master developer status to NorthPoint will bump up the start date to Aug. 1 for construction at the 1,000-acre park, Edgerton City Administrator Beth Linn said.
