KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Six people were arrested Tuesday night after a parking lot carjacking that eventually led to a standoff. According to police, officers were called a few minutes after 9 p.m. to the Thriftway store, 4400 E. 39th St., on a report of a carjacking.
