KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One person was shot dead Wednesday afternoon in Kansas City, Mo. The drive-by shooting occurred in the 2100 block of Wheeling Avenue around 3:30 p.m. The victim was found critically hurt in a parking lot, but he died from his injuries.
