LARGE parts of the US are on tornado watch after a series of twisters touched down in the state of Missouri.
Three tornadoes were confirmed to have touched down on Wednesday night with towns of Hazelwood, Florissant and Alton, near St Louis, Missouri, on tornado watch, Fox2Now reports.
There are reports of extensive damage across the region with debris strewn across roads.
