CrossFirst raises another round of funding

Ron Baldwin CrossFirst Holdings LLC completed a private placement of common equity worth $21.9 million. Leawood-based CrossFirst Holdings is the holding company for CrossFirst Bank, which has $600 million in assets. The recent private placement is the companys fifth since 2007.
