KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City police are looking for a missing 25-year-old woman who needs medical care. Ashley Alkire was last seen about 4 p.m. on April 1 in the 3800 block of Blue Parkway. Police said she is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 180 pounds.
