St. Paul council approves noise variance for late night Lafayette Bridge work

Over the concerns of the Clouds in Water Zen Center and artists from the Tilsner Artists' Cooperative on Kellogg Boulevard, the St. Paul City Council approved a noise variance for Lunda Construction to demolish the old Lafayette Bridge.
