TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) - A 50-year-old man convicted of attacking four employees at a Topeka TV station has to pay restitution in the case. The Topeka Capital-Journal reports that Shawnee County District Court Judge Evelyn Wilson ordered Ray Anthony Miles on Wednesday to pay more than $4,500 to the station and an insurance company.
