Citizens Bank & Trust chose two locations on North Oak Trafficway as the place to open its first new branch offices since November 2008.
The new branches, 8405 and 4911 North Oak Trafficway in Kansas City, held a soft opening Monday. The new branches make seven Citizens Bank branches in the Kansas City area.
